Pakistan launched its in-house Call Centre in early 2006 to
efficiently and effectively interact with its already and
potential customer base Pakistan wide on regular basis.
Since its inception, the Call Centre has proved to be one
of the most crucial business processes for Singer Pakistan,
enabling the management to gather first hand knowledge of
customers’ demands, complaints; enabling the company
to proactively resolve issues and increase Customer Satisfaction.
The trained Customer Service Officers at the Call Centre make
every possible effort to provide help and support to Singer
customers.
The Call Centre operates on toll-free number
0800-23450, meaning that all the landline (PTCL)
calls coming into the Call Centre from anywhere in Pakistan
will be free-of-charge to the customers.
The hours of operation for the Call Centre
are 8:30 am – 8:30 pm, Monday
to Saturday.
